Instructions:

How to Duplicate the Template: To use this planner, click the Duplicate icon (the two overlapping squares) in the top right corner of your page. This will create a private copy in your own Notion workspace.
Make it Personal: You can swap out the covers, update the clock and weather widgets to match your location, and add your favorite visuals to inspire your study sessions.
Removing Guide Boxes: Once you feel comfortable navigating the planner, feel free to delete these instruction callout boxes to keep your dashboard looking clean and distraction-free.

Keep all your class details organized in one accessible space. Use this section to keep track of your enrolled courses for the semester.

You can easily add a new class by clicking the + New page button. Simply fill in the important details like your professor, room location, meeting days, and course code so you always have your schedule ready and know exactly where you need to be.

As you add more classes over your university years, you can keep this view clean and focused by using the database tools located at the top right of the section:

Filter (Funnel Icon): Click the blue icon with three stacked lines to filter your courses. This lets you open a dropdown menu to select a specific term, such as 1Y1S (1st Year, 1st Semester), ensuring your dashboard only displays your active classes.
Sort (Arrows Icon): Click the grey icon featuring an up and down arrow to change the display order of your course list. This tool is perfect for arranging your classes alphabetically by title or by your weekly meeting schedule. </aside>

You can click into each page to manage your information in detail:

Never lose track of your daily routine with your Semester Schedule. This section provides a quick and clear overview of your classes organized by the days of the week.

Simply update the text under each day with your specific class times and course titles. Having this simple layout right on your main dashboard makes it easy to plan your study sessions around your lectures and ensures you always know exactly when your classes begin.
